Yes, we have private parking and free for residents.
What is the difference between a Charm room and a Luxe room?
Our Luxury rooms are more spacious than the Charmes rooms and offer bathrobes, slippers and hospitality trays.
Do you have family rooms or communicating?
Yes, we have four mezzanine bedrooms located in the Park Pavilion and two adjoining rooms in the castle.
Do you have smoking rooms?
No, but smokers can satisfy their craving outside the hotel.
Are all rooms equipped with a safe?
No, only Luxury and Junior Suites have safes.
Can I request an extra bed in my room? How much will it cost me?
Yes, subject to availability, you can request an extra bed in your room at the time of booking. The price per night is 30 € for people over 13 years old.
I have a baby, does the hotel have adequate facilities?
Yes, we can provide a cot on request.
Is the hotel suitable for people with reduced mobility? No, the hotel is an old castle, unfortunately it is not yet suitable for people with reduced mobility. However we are currently working to adapt the hotel accordingly.
Do you have an elevator?
No, the hotel is an old castle, unfortunately it is not equipped with a lift.
Can I eat at the hotel?
Yes, the hotel has a restaurant: the Najeti Restaurant Le Vert Mesnil, open for lunch and dinner.
What are the departure and arrival times?
The arrival is from 16 hours and departure until 12 hours.
Do you have luggage storage?
No, but it is possible to leave your luggage at the reception if you arrive earlier and the hotel is informed.
Do you accept pets? What is the price ?
Yes, we like pets and accept them in the hotel, preferably in the Park Pavilion as they will have easy access to the outdoors. They are tolerated in the restaurant. The price is 30 € per night and per animal.
Do you have an internet connection at the hotel? Is it free?
Yes, the property offers free wifi.
What to do in case of forgotten object in my room?
You can contact our team who will send you the forgotten item in exchange for shipping costs.
Is breakfast included in the price?
No, when you book a single room, breakfast is not included but can be booked separately from the room in the same order. It is € 16 per person per day. However, you can also book one of our special offers including breakfast.
Are taxes included in the price?
No, the tourist taxes are adjustable on site initially at the price of € 0.70 per person per night.
Are the rates and availabilities the same if I book on the site or by phone?
Yes, there is no difference in price or availability depending on the booking method you choose.
Why do you need credit card information?
The banking information is only used as a guarantee in case you do not come or cancel late.
When and how will I pay for my stay?
You pay at the end of your stay, with the means of payment of your choice: credit card, check-holiday, cash, american express.
I have not received a booking confirmation. How to do ?
We send a confirmation email to each booking. However, if you have not received this email after 15 minutes of your booking, please check your junk mails. If the mail is not there either, do not hesitate to take cont
What are the cancellation conditions?
You can cancel your reservation for free up to 48 hours before your stay. Apart from this, the first night is charged.
How can I change or cancel my reservation?
You can manage your reservation by contacting the hotel via the contact form or by phone. Your reservation number will be requested.
