The hotel

Do you have a car park?
Yes, we have free private parking for residents.

What is the difference between a Charming room and a Luxury room?
Our Deluxe rooms are more spacious than our Charming rooms and offer bathrobes, slippers and hospitality trays.

Do you have family or connecting rooms?
Yes, we have four mezzanine rooms located in the Pavillon du Parc and two connecting rooms in the castle.

Do you have smoking rooms?
No, but smokers can satisfy their cravings outside the hotel.

Do all rooms have a safe?
No, only the Deluxe rooms and the Junior Suites have a safe.

Can I request an extra bed in my room? How much will it cost me?
Yes, subject to availability, you can request an extra bed in your room at the time of booking. The price per night is €30 for people aged 13 and over.

I have a baby, does the hotel have adequate facilities?
Yes, we can provide a cot on request.

Is the hotel suitable for people with reduced mobility?
No, as the hotel is an old castle, it is unfortunately not yet adapted for people with reduced mobility. However, we are currently working on adapting the hotel in this sense.

Do you have a lift?
No, as the hotel is an old castle, it is unfortunately not equipped with a lift.

Can I eat at the hotel?
Yes, the hotel has a restaurant: the Najeti Restaurant le Vert Mesnil, open for lunch and dinner.

The stay

What are the departure and arrival times?
Arrival is from 4 pm and departure until 12 noon.

Do you have a luggage store?
No, but it is possible to leave your luggage at the reception if you arrive early and the hotel knows about it.

Do you accept pets? What is the rate?
Yes, we love pets and accept them in the hotel, preferably in the Pavillon du Parc as they will have easy access to the outside. They are allowed in the restaurant. The rate is €30 per night per pet.

Do you have an internet connection at the hotel? Is it free?
Yes, the hotel offers free Wi-Fi.

What should I do if I forget something in my room?
You can contact our team who will send you the forgotten item in exchange for a delivery fee.

The prices

Is breakfast included in the price?
No, when you book a single room, breakfast is not included but can be booked separately from the room in the same order. It is €16 per person per day. However, you can also book one of our special offers including breakfast.

Are tourist taxes included in the price?
No, tourist taxes can be paid on the spot at departure at the price of 0,70€ per person per night.

Are the rates and availability the same if I book on the website or by phone?
Yes, there is no difference in price or availability depending on the booking method you choose.

The reservation

Why do you need my credit card information?
The bank details are only used as a guarantee in case you do not come or cancel late.

When and how will I pay for my stay?
You pay at the end of your stay, with the means of payment of your choice: bank card, holiday voucher, cash, American Express.

I have not received a booking confirmation. How can I do this?

We send a confirmation email with every booking. However, if you have not received this email within 15 minutes of making your booking, please check your junk mail. If the email is not there either, please do not hesitate to contact us.

What are the cancellation conditions?
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before your stay. After that, the first night will be charged.

How can I change or cancel my booking?
You can manage your reservation by contacting the hotel via the contact form or by phone. You will be asked for your reservation number.
